Reservation and Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100%) payment due for reservation. 

Bookings which are fully booked and reserved are refundable minus 10% cancelation fee if canceled from 180 days to 24 hours before initial pick up appointment. Booking non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours of initial pick up appointment. Non-refundable for customer no-show.

We are not responsible for any missed destination drop off deadlines due to delays for weather, road conditions or airline delays.   

All rates, fares and prices shown on our website are valid  when booking directly with us. Rates, fares and prices may be higher when booking our private transportation services via 3rd party travel sites, travel agents or transportation brokers.  Pricing is valid for up to maximum passenger rating or luggage capacity, seat or space permitting. 

Our standard payment methods are Zelle or domestic wire transfer in USD at no additional fee. 

Alternate payments methods via Paypal, credit card, or international wire transfer will incur a processing fee.
