One hundred percent (100%) payment due for reservation.
Bookings which are fully booked and reserved are refundable minus 10% cancelation fee if canceled from 180 days to 24 hours before initial pick up appointment. Booking non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours of initial pick up appointment. Non-refundable for customer no-show.
We are not responsible for any missed destination drop off deadlines due to delays for weather, road conditions or airline delays. Wifi, iPad, water and limited chargers available in vehicle. Pricing is valid for up to maximum passenger rating or luggage capacity, seat or space permitting.
All rates, fares and prices shown on our website are valid when booking directly with us. Rates, fares and prices may be higher when booking our private shuttle services via 3rd party travel sites, travel agents or transportation brokers.
